FlintCreek Cattle Co. is looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced manager who can get the best from their employees through respect, kindness, direct communication, and accountability. The Assistant General Manager's responsibilities include ensuring efficient restaurant operation while maintaining cost controls, quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Our ideal candidate would have experience managing a high-volume restaurant and have a genuine passion for hospitality.

Salary Range and Benefits

  • Salary is $80,000.
  • Quarterly Bonus plan.
  • PTO awarded after three months, as well as the first of every year.
  • Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election after administration period (two - three months).

Requirements:
  • Maintain cleanliness and maintenance.

  • Assist General Manager with scheduling and other office duties.

  • 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a busy restaurant.
