Electrician

$43.47/Hour, 12-Hour Shifts, Rotating Schedule, Full-Time

Our client provides environmental solutions by recycling lead-based batteries sustainably, and they want you to join their team as an Electrician.

Your day-to-day as an Electrician:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical and automation equipment
• Use hand tools and testers to maintain and repair systems according to NEC and company standards
• Follow safety protocols such as PPE, LOTO, and PM inspections
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain automation interfaces
• Handle work orders and emergencies; ensuring work area cleanliness
• Communicate with team leaders and management, reporting safety or environmental issues

Your skills and experience:

• 8+ years of industrial electrical experience is required
• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Systems is preferred
• Ability to pass industrial electrical written and practical tests, as well as other required pre-employment tests
• Enjoy physical work - Ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds, wear PPE, and work in hot production areas for up to 12 hours
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written
