• Hospitality Aides will be required to take classes at our facility in order to work in a CNA role with our residents.
• We will provide a CNA class for your complete training.

• Assist our residents with care and ancillary services in accordance with our quality standards under the direction of a licensed Nurse Supervisor.
• Follow written and oral directions.
• Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.
• Review care plans and daily assignments and perform nursing care as outlined.
• Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.
• Assure residents are given adequate assistance with personal and oral hygiene needs following the facility’s policies and procedures.
• Attend all in-service classes as assigned and complete assignments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• LTC/SNF experience
• Previous long-term care/caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
