Social Media Content & Engagement Specialist

What You'll Do:

Social Media Content Creation

• Engage Audiences: Develop and publish original content (images, short-form videos) 3-5 times a week on key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Collaborate Creatively: Partner with R&D, creative teams, and agencies to create compelling, brand-aligned assets.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor and share relevant social media and cultural trends with management and marketing teams.

Community Engagement

• Interact with Followers: Monitor, listen, and engage with followers, influencers, and consumers, responding to comments and questions to maintain brand voice and quality standards.
• Support Paid Strategy: Contribute to paid social media strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Analytics and Reporting

• Measure Performance: Track and analyze social media KPIs using native insights and analytics tools, adjusting strategies to enhance audience growth and engagement.
• Present Insights: Communicate social media performance and insights to stakeholders, helping to shape future content strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Education

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing social media accounts for consumer brands (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)

Skills

• Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media best practices and trends
• Content Creation: Proven experience creating and editing original social media and video content
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to use social analytics to guide content adjustments
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills
• Consumer Goods Insight: Familiarity with consumer-packaged goods and retail channels is a plus
